Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Northwind Willow Staffing is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
