Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Nova Pine Financial Group serves customers across Phoenix with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around vendor spend clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
