Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Foxglove River Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Cleveland with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around promotions clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling promotions. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
