Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Stonegate Clear Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
