Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Birch Hospitality and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 548 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around supplier orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling supplier orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
