Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Rivermark Quarry Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Boise with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around collection routes clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
