Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Drift Farms and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling packing house output. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
