Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Nova Amber Insurance Group is an insurance company in Oakland with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
