Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Harborlight Forge Telecom Group is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around field visits clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
