Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Lumen Pike Auto Group is a Kansas City company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around customer estimates clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling customer estimates. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
