Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Nova Oak Foods Associates makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Austin, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around ingredient orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
