Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Fernwood Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Kansas City area. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around supplier orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
