Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Bluepeak Vale Medical designs and makes medical devices in San Jose. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
