Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Amberfield Drift Banking Services is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
