Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Harbor Freight Partners and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around proof of delivery clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling proof of delivery. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
