Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Northwind Birch Farms is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 639 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling seasonal crews. • An existing network in the region.
