Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Bright River Press Group is a printer and publisher in Rochester serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around bindery work clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling bindery work. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
