Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Amberfield Bridge Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Jackson region. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling packing house output. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
