Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Nova Cross Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Reno serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
