Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Westbrook Solutions supplies farm and food customers across the Fort Worth region, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
