Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Ironwood Hollow Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Rochester, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around customer tracking clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
