Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Greenridge Sparrow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around recycling loads clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling recycling loads. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
