Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Cedar Juniper Farms is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
