Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Highbridge Banking Services is a regional lender in Fresno with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around fraud alerts clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling fraud alerts.
