Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Vale Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around machine downtime clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
