Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Lumen Lakeside Energy is an energy provider in Milwaukee focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 232 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around service connections clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
