Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Westbrook Willow Press is a printer and publisher in Tucson serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around proofing clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
