Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Bluepeak Glen Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Columbus. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 865 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around harvest schedules clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling harvest schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
