Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Amberfield Vista Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Memphis region. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 898 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around onboarding clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
