Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Westbrook Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Memphis focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around field visits clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling field visits. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
