Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Logistics and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling grower contracts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
