Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Lumen Mill Telecom is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around network equipment clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling network equipment. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
