Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Nova Ember Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Boston region, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling retention. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
