Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Corner Press and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around print quotes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling print quotes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
