Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Clearpath Umber Inspection Services is an inspection company in Grand Rapids with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 725 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around test reports clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling test reports. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
