Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Harborlight Umber Arts Center is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around ticketing clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
