Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Silverline Drift Facilities looks after properties across the Oakland region, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around cleaning schedules clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling cleaning schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
