Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Providence, RI)

Westbrook Willow Staffing is a Providence staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in Providence. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around client orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling client orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
