Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Providence, RI)

Westbrook Keystone Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Providence serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around account openings clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
