Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Portland, OR)

Amberfield Harbor Farms Group is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
