Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Philadelphia, PA)

Harborlight Birch Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Philadelphia area, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around billing accounts clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling billing accounts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
