Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Philadelphia, PA)

Nova Hollow Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around visitor services clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
