Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Rook Staffing is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling candidate screening. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
