Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Linden Farms is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling grower contracts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
