Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Stone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Philadelphia presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around school partnerships clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
