Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Maple Construction is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling change orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
