Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood West Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around landfill records clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
