Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Drift Banking Services and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around fraud alerts clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
