Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Timber Auto Group is a Memphis company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around warranty claims clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling warranty claims. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
