Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Louisville, KY)

Lumen Forge Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 453 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Explain our services around customer tracking clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling customer tracking. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
